AMC / Maintenance System:


This Module of the System keeps track of all the information related to a particular annual maintenance contract which is accessible by just one click of a computer keyboard. It manages all stakeholders details and their product purchase information. Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts, Preventive Maintenance Contracts, and Complaint Service Calls for any type of products that could have AMC / Warranty Contracts and needs regular servicing.

All hardware items (except Furniture, VC & Network equipments) have been included in this portal, please check that the items in your name and their serial number are correct. If you found any discrepancy in your data, please inform me.

The portal will also show which items are under AMC or Warranty. This portal is able to register your complaint and escalate it to the respective vendor automatically. Very first time, officers will go through the option “NIC Officers Login”, it will ask your employee code and then it will ask to create password.
